Borja is an industrial engineer, specialized in robotics, with and MBA from IESE Business School.

After working in consulting, in 2016 he founded Loyal Guru together with Javi, a customer data platform specific for retailers with marketing automation capabilities that uses data and AI to make every customer interaction smarter.

Javi is a tech entrepreneur and amateur musician based in Barcelona, with an engineering degree in Computer Science.

In 2016 he founded Loyal Guru together with Borja, and his day to day responsibilities include product strategy and innovation, technology overall supervision, client on-boarding optimization and tech support sales.

Gemma Pons is a telecommunications engineer with a Phd in image processing and computer vision.

With great experience managing large scale operations for global organizations, Gemma is able to transform vague business needs to specific technical requirements, and later manage the project progress.

At Loyal Guru, Gemma is responsible for Client, HR and Finance operations to ensure that Loyal Guru meets its strategic goals quickly and efficiently.

Ernest Figueras is an experienced professional with a strong focus on technology and innovation and over 15 years of proven track record leading financial departments. He has a degree in Economics and Business Administration & Management, and an Executive Master in Finance.

At Loyal Guru, Ernest is responsible for the financial strategy and its execution, so that the company can achieve healthy, vigorous and sustainable growth.

Laura Guerra is M.Sc. in Biochemistry and Chemical Biology from Cambridge University, and has focused her career as one of the foremost experts in Europe and Latam in boosting customer value in the retail and consumer goods industry.

At Loyal Guru, Laura is responsible for finding and managing partners, defining objectives and timelines, and overseeing our partnership program.

David Mora has a BSc, Engineering in ICT Management and a MSc, Project Management. He is also a product warrior with a technological and entrepreneurial background.

At Loyal Guru, David is responsible for managing the product development team and making sure our products and solutions meet the needs of our customers.

Eric Ponce is a software engineer with 15 years of experience. During this time he transitioned from pure development to product engineering vision and strategy. He is a technology enthusiast that loves to know how things work.

At Loyal Guru, Eric is responsible for co-developing the technical strategy with the CTO, and for designing and executing a technical roadmap that will continuously innovate from a technical standpoint.

Jordi Reig has a Bachelor of Engineering and an Executive MBA. During his career he has lead, grown and developed high-performance teams in national and international companies.

At Loyal Guru, he is in charge of supporting 7 teams with over 35 team members, making sure to optimize project planning and coordination, hiring and onboarding, implementing agile methodologies and more.

Yesenia Lara is a telecommunications engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the design, development, and integration of tech solutions.

At Loyal Guru, Yesenia is responsible for the overall management of retailers functional and technical requirements, providing technical support and coordinating with the delivery team to smoothly transition clients from sales to implementation.

Raquel Duerto has a MSc in Business Management and Strategic Planning. Raquel is dynamic and enthusiastic, and has tons of international experience in building retailers Loyalty clubs.

At Loyal Guru, Raquel is responsible for leading the client service department to make sure that the delivery meets client’s expectations, implementing the most efficient enterprise integrations & ensuring data integrity and ensuring continuous Incident Management (24/7) & Functional product documentation.

Raúl González has a B.a. in Economics and a Masters degree in Project Management. He is PMP Certified by PMI, Scrum Certified, ITIL Intermediate Certified and has knowledge in CMMI-DEV.

Raúl is an exceptional IT Manager with extensive training and a rich background in project management in the retail sector, which enables him to efficiently lead projects for our clients. At Loyal Guru he is responsible for setting strategic direction for delivery management, defining and implementing standards and processes and managing the team across accounts.

Esther has a B.a. in telecommunications and engineering and a Masters degree in Agile PM.

At Loyal Guru, Esther is responsible for understanding our customers’ infrastructure in terms of ERP, POS, etc; plan and manage the integration of our platform with our customers’ system, making sure the data transfer operates at an optimal level and making integration processes more efficient. She works closely with the dev and customer success teams.

Diana is a graduate in Economics, with a Masters degree in Internet Management. She is enthusiastic about delivering the best customer experiences to all our platform users.

At Loyal Guru, Diana is responsible for making sure Loyal Guru’s product and service meets clients’ expectations, competently solving day-to-day issues for clients, coordinating with all departments to anticipate and detect red flags, execute analysis and follow-up on KPIs.

Georgina has a degree in psychology and years of experience working as an IT HR business partner. She is passionate about providing people & culture expertise, implementing hiring, onboarding and performance management processes, and motivating employees throughout their careers.

At Loyal Guru, Georgina is responsible for planning, developing and coordinating the policies, activities and staff of the HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
