The security measures adopted by LOYAL GURU are those required in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR. In this sense, LOYAL GURU, considering the state of the art, the costs of implementation, the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the processing, as well as the varying risks of probability and severity to the rights and freedoms of individuals, has established appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the level of security appropriate to the existing risk.

In any case, LOYAL GURU has implemented sufficient mechanisms to:

  • Ensure the permanent confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of the systems and processing services.
