The research team also reviewed hundreds of Analyst Briefings submitted by applicants.
The biggest category for this year’s list is digital shopper engagement, which has 16 companies (16%). The companies in this category allow retailers to connect with shoppers across platforms and channels, with a focus on personalization and loyalty.
